Snapline Photos ("Snapline", "we", "us") is operated by Xpress Promotion Inc. This policy explains what information we collect from event guests and booth clients, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Who we are

2. Information we collect

Photos, video, and GIFs captured at a booth session.
Contact info you enter to receive your media — phone number (for SMS) or email address.
Waiver signatures — if the booth requires it, your printed name and a drawn signature image.
Basic technical data from the device running the booth (browser, timestamps) needed to deliver the service.

We do not collect payment information from guests. We do not run advertising trackers on guest-facing booth pages.

3. How we use it

To send your captured photo or video to the phone number or email you provided.
To back the media up to the booth client's designated Google Drive folder.
To keep a record of signed waivers where a booth requires one.
To operate, secure, and troubleshoot the service.

We do not sell your information. We do not send marketing texts or emails. The only text or email you receive from us is the one-time delivery of your own photo or video.

4. Service providers we share with

Twilio — sends the SMS with your photo link.
Resend — sends the email with your photo link.
Google Drive — stores the media backup for the booth's client.
Supabase and Cloudflare — hosting, database, and file storage for the app.

Each provider only receives what's needed to perform its function.

5. How long we keep it

The signed link we text or email you expires after 7 days.
Captured media is kept in the booth client's account for as long as the client keeps it, so their staff can share it with attendees after the event.
Waiver signatures are kept for the client's compliance recordkeeping.

6. Your choices

You can decline the waiver at the booth; you will simply not use the booth.
You can skip entering a phone or email; you will not receive a personal copy.
To request deletion of your photo, video, or waiver signature, email info@xpresspromotion.com with the event name and approximate date.
For SMS: reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help.

7. Children

The booth is intended for adults. If a minor uses the booth, the accompanying adult is responsible for their participation and any waiver.

8. Security

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), encrypted storage at rest through our providers, and access controls that limit media to the booth's client account and the guest link recipient.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
